Resolve Adjustment is paid on a contingency fee basis based on the settlement that is recovered by us from your insurance company. You pay nothing upfront and you pay nothing if we do not recover you anything from your insurance company.
In addition to the superior service we provide, we feel we are different than our competition because our fees are very reasonable. Most public adjusters will charge you anywhere between 30% - 40%. We feel these fees are excessive and SHOULD NEVER BE CHARGED! In addition to the excessive fees, most public adjusters do not display their fees on their website or marketing material. We disagree with this lack of transparency.

Our fee schedule for new claims*:
20% of the first $50,000.
15% - 5% $50,001 and over
Resolve Adjustment offers a special fee schedule for "Resolve Heroes". We feel "Resolve Heroes" have dedicated their lives to helping others and are deserving of a little extra because they have given so much.
Resolve Heroes are retired or active: Police Officers, Firefighters, EMS Workers, and Military (any branch).

18% of the first $50,000
13% - 5% $50,001 and over
Resolve Adjustment also offers a special fee schedule for "Resolve Seniors". We feel it was stated best when Jack Scalia said "you gotta take care of the people that are part of the foundation, If you don't, it crumbles." Anybody 65 or older qualifies.

*New claim is a claim when a payment has not been issued by your insurance carrier. Claims where payment has been already issued could be subject to a different fee schedule. Some claims may not qualify for this fee schedule.* This fee is to be used as a guide and subject to change on an individual claim/client basis.
