Appraiser and Umpire Services

In most insurance contracts there is an appraisal provision.  If you and your insurance company cannot agree on the value of the loss either party have the option to send the claim into the appraisal process.  You can hire Resolve Adjustment as your appraiser and/or hire us as an umpire.

Roof Damage Inspection Services

Is there a dispute whether or not your roof has sustained damage?  We can complete a full inspection of your roof and provide a detailed report with color images.  Resolve Adjustment roof inspectors will provide an unbiased assessment of your roof.  Our inspectors have inspected hundreds of roofs and undergone expensive training through the Haag Engineering Certified Roof Inspector Program.

Has your vehicle been involved in an accident and deemed a total loss?  Would you like an unbiased opinion regarding the value of your vehicle?  Resolve Adjustment can inspect your vehicle and prepare a report indicating it’s market value.
